When Your Faith Feels Quiet, Not Gone
There are seasons when faith feels close.
And there are seasons when it feels quiet.
Not absent.
Not rejected.
Just quiet.
You may still believe.
You may still care deeply.
You may still want to pray.
But the words do not come the way they used to.
And if that is where you are, you are not failing.
Faith Does Not Always Feel Bright
Sometimes we confuse spiritual health with emotional intensity.
We think faith should always feel warm, certain, and easy to name.
But Scripture is full of people who kept turning toward God even when their hearts felt heavy, confused, or tired.
Faith is not only the song.
Sometimes faith is the quiet turning.
A Small Way Back
You do not have to force a perfect prayer.
You can begin with one honest sentence.
God, I am tired.
God, I am here.
God, help me want to come close again.
That is enough for a beginning.
You Are Allowed to Return Slowly
Jesus was gentle with tired people.
He did not shame the weary into pretending.
He invited them to come close.
So today, if your faith feels quiet, let it be quiet.
Then offer God the small thing you do have.
Your attention.
Your honesty.
Your willingness.
And trust this:
quiet faith is still faith.
